Return Policy

Items purchased from BATAVICA can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store. If you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging. If you choose to return products, we ask you to notify us in advance by filling in the return form on our website (see file below). You can also notify us by sending an email to: info@batavica.net. Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us.

Processing your return or exchange

After we have received your return shipment, we will start assessing the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return or exchange shipment are for your own account.
